    2. This video is about how you can get things done by steps. This video shows you and gives you examples about thing that you have to do. It helps you and gets your things get done quick without any frustration .

    3. This means that you don't have to rush your work to get them done. Because if you do you won't get a good grade for it , So its better if you take your time and actually focus and not rush into the work.

    4. This can apply to my life because i rush into my work multiple times and i don't get that grade that i was expecting. I have to take my time and focus and not let any distractions get into my things that i have to do.

  2. 2. The video is talking about how to break down things to make sure you do what your supposed to do. Also it talks about how to avoid distractions. And it gives examples on what to do if if you get distracted.

    3. What it means to me is there are many distractions and you need to be smart and learn to avoid them. Also it means get your priorities done first so you have spare time after your done.And it means that there is time for everything but you need to know how to manage that time. Also that breaking things down and being organized makes everything easier.

    4. This matters to me because some people don't want to have to work hard later on cause it will end up as a habit for them. When you start you can't stop procrastinating because it just becomes a habit for others so they might not understand that it causes them to distract them in the future which will end up in a bad grade or failure in their life. We all know that we don't want to fail or get bad grades in our life so we might as well stop procrastinating in now and just make a difference..

    A way can I apply the concept in my life to make it better would be to do what you have to do when it needs to be done.And don't procrastinate even if I do start to procrastinate there are ways to change that . Also a way to get rid of the habit is the same as getting rid of things that distract me or start turning into things in time so I won't have to worry on any other assignments and thats benefits me in many ways.

  3. 2.) The video is about how to stop procrastinating. It discusses three steps on how to be productive when doing a project/task. The main point of the video was that you need to trick yourself into doing the work.

    3.) Based upon my experience, this means that you shouldn't wait until the last moment to get something done. If you want to be productive you need to breakdown your large task to make smaller/easier tasks. Always do the parts of the project that you'd enjoy first. In my experience, getting rid of distractions and breaking up my task into smaller parts has helped me get my work done.

    4.) Procrastination is something that effects everyone. People put things off because they think they have enough time to get things done. In reality, this will only create more stress for you later on. The more stressed that you are, the worst your worth ethic will be. The video shares a concept that can be applied to everyone, and that is how to stop procrastinating.

    The video gives a three step process on how to stop procrastinating. Step number one was to break your project up into parts so you're able to understand it better. The second step was that after getting a part of the task done, you should reward yourself. Instead of waiting for when you're finished, reward yourself after you've done a chunk of work so you stay stress free. The final step is to get rid of all distractions. Getting rid of all distractions will help you focus on your work better.

    The concept from the video can be applied to your life to make it better. These steps can help someone when they start to feel stressed about the pile of work they have to do. All you need to remember is to break your project into pieces. It'll be a lot less stressful if you do something bit by bit rather than all at once. Finally, you need to just trick yourself into doing your work. Do the things that you like first, and reward yourself when you get things done.

    2) The video is talking about how you lie to yourself about having time when you really don't. And the only way to not lie is to not distract yourself with stuff like electronics.

    3) This means that if you distract yourself you will lie to yourself about having time to do another time when you really don't. This also means that in order to not get distracted is to put phone in a different room when doing a project. Or to turn all electronics off when doing homework or electronics.

    4) This matters because if you don't turn off electronics you will get distracted and will forget about the project and you will be on the electronic. This also matters because if you do turn off electronics you will most likely not get distracted.Which means you will most likely finish the test.Then you being distracted will not likely finish the test. This basically means that if you turn off all electronics you will most likely not get distracted.
    I can put it in my concept by turning off all electronics when doing a project. Also putting the project into little segments so it won't look to big of a project. I will also start the project with my favorite part of the project. I will remember about the word procrastinate so if I'm procrastinating i will stop right away. This means i will turn off all electronics when doing a project and will put the project into small parts.

    2._ The video shows you many ways to stop being a procrastinator, also shows you how to begin and end a project or how to begin and end a homework, but this means that sometimes when you are doing your homework you don't need to get distracted.

    3._ Based upon my experience this means that if I'm trying to do a homework or a big project but sometimes I say " I'll do it later" those projects are going to be terrible because I did't put enough effort and I made it worse, I to start doing a project i need to follow some steps, I have to begin doing the fun stuff and finish with the least funniest thing to do.

    4._ This is important to know because a big problem of many students is that they never do something on time, they always leave everything for the last day and they don't put too much effort because they just wasted so many days doing nothing or doing something that they weren't supposed to do. Many teenagers need to see this video to follow this steps to be a good student so that way they can progress doing they work.

    I can apply this to myself because sometimes I leave my homework until the last day and those good ideas that I had before are gone because of my laziness, I think I need to put more effort on my homework and projects and I think that humans are not the best at regulating themselves but we need to put our work together.

  10. 1. The video is explaining ways to not procrastinate it gives the viewer tips on how to get things done. Without saying "I'll finish it tomorrow morning".Its better to get things done earlier so you don't have to worry about it later.

    2.This means to get your things done for example if you have a paper that has to be done .Then yourself says you will get it done the next day that's procrastinating.Some people wait for the last minute to get things done which is not the way to go.

    3.This matters because it's better to get things done sooner then wait . Procrastination is a big problem it's kind of a way of being lazy which is no good.Its important to keep yourself away from distraction so you can get your stuff done.The way I will apply this to my life is to just get it over with and finish my things . I'm not gunna say I'll do it tomorrow I'll say I'll do it today.So I don't have to worry about finish or stress about rushing .

    3.) based upon my experience this is true because i have done this too. this means people cant regulate them self's. Studies show the that the people who are regulated to do something they end up with an a but the one that regulate them self's end up with an f .
    4.) This matter because people have to know that they will not be able to regulate them self's. They would fail their tests if that's the case. people should be regulated so they would be force to do their work rather than wait. People also know that they aren't gonna do there work until they have a dead line.
    I could apply this to my life when i go off to collage . I have procrastinated a lot in my life time. Most of the time i would always fail the test. Its hard to complete a test when you procrastinate.

    2. In my own words the video is talking about ways to end procrastination. You have to clear distractions that will make you procrastinate later on because then you will end up not doing the assignment and fail. Another way to end procrastination is to break the task into different segments therefore you can reward yourself for the parts of the task done.

    3. Based upon my experience I think that you need to end procrastination because the more you procrastinate the less you will accomplish the certain task. Also just clear any distractions because that will only make you want to do the work later. Overall I think if you break down the parts of a certain task then you will end up succeeding.

    4. This matters because procrastination will take you to failure, all it takes is breaking down the task into segments and by doing those parts you can reward yourself for the parts you have finished. If you keep procrastinating it will only get worse so therefore all you have to do is the work and at the end you will succeed.

    I can apply these concepts to my life to make it better by doing it right away because sometimes you may tell yourself you have plenty of time to finish but sometimes you know you are behind. If you wait till the last minute then your bad habit is just going to stick with you and you'll end up failing. Therefore in order for you to stop your bad habit you need to start doing the work, and if you do the work you will only end up succeeding.

    2. The video is saying you should always get assignments that are given to you done before the day its due.You should not wait to the last minute to get any assignment or project finished. You need to stop being in the habit of procrastinating. Make sure to clear any distractions that are keeping you from doing your work. Do your task part by part instead of finishing it all the day before its due.

    3. Based on my experience this means you need to stop being in the habit of getting any assignment done right before the day it due. Change your bad actions which is procrastinating and instead do your assignment part by part. Its more likely to get a low grade when you procrastinate rather when you start working on the task given part by part which will give you a better grade. You need to push yourself and motivate yourself to get things done rather when waiting last minute.

    4. This matters because procrastination will not lead you into the right path instead it will lead you into the wrong path. Procrastinating will make you get low grades because you are doing your assignment the day before it due or when you do not have enough time to finish it. If your actions are to always do your task last minute you will not go far or even accomplish your dream. You will not succeed because your in the habit of getting things done when you do not have enough time to finish. Procrastination will make your assignment be rushed and not have effort in it because you were focused on getting it done. Your focus will only be to get your task done which will cause you to get a low grade when you need to put effort and get a good grade.

    You can apply these concepts to your life to make it better by working on your assignment right when its given to you. Work on your assignment part by part by instead of finishing it all at once right before it due. You need to change your bad habits and change them into good habits that will benefit you and help you improve and be ahead rather then being falling behind. You should not tell yourself lies, for example you should not tell yourself you have plenty of time to finish your assignment when you know you only have a little time left to get it done. You should have a plan for what you are going to get done. Clear any distractions and stay focused in order to get a good grade on the assignment. Procrastinating will not make you accomplish your dreams or become successful it will only lead you into the wrong path.

  18. 2. In my own words, the video is telling us to stop distracting ourselves from the work we need to get done. We have to clear out distractions and also trick ourselves to getting our work done, we should also do stuff that we like so our brains can release dopamine. Also we should break our tasks into segments.

    3. Based upon my experience, this means that I should start paying more attention and start moving myself from things that are distracting in my life. I should also do stuff that I like to get more focus and understand easier rather than doing something I don't like and struggle with hard work.

    4. This matters because I'm always distracted and I should start paying attention, and moving myself away from things that are distracting. I should keep myself on track with my studying and put my phone down so I can focus on my studies. And I should also start with the most enjoyable parts of my work so I can complete it faster and easier.

    2. in my own words the video means to stop making excuses and do what needs to be done. and stop putting it to the side and saying your gonna do it later or one more hour and how the video is about how you have to lie to yourself. because humans are not very good at telling our self's we need to do this.

    3. based upon experience this means not doing what you are suppose to be doing and putting it to the side to finish ''later''. And also about how you lie to yourself to get you thinking that its not very important or how its not necessary to finish your work. also how hard it is to start a project and how you don't even want to do in the first place and how your not the best a telling yourself you need to get the work done. because at the end you either choose to do it or didn't choose to do it. at the end everything is worth just doing it and having a good grade on whatever you are working on. and plan to no use your phone for like 30 minutes or 1 hour give it to somebody.

    4. this matters because its very important to get work done and get good grades in your classes and to do good. and to tell yourself that no you cant do this because you have to work on your homework or project whatever it is just getting it done. and also because your lieing to yourself when you tell yourself you don't need to do this. and reward yourself for getting something done don't always punish yourself to doing work all the time. its better to reward yourself after you did a part then to wait for the whole thing to be over.


    i can apply this to my life by doing my work and not making up any excuses and to get the work done. so then i can have fun or have time to relax because i earned that. and just to get it over with and to make sacrifices that other people might not have to make. for example going to the beach and having a bomb fire when everybody is their and i have a really important paper do the following day. and i have to plan to clear any distractions weather it be my phone or computer or even my tablet i have to tell myself no. or give it to somebody that i know wont give it back unless i finish my work and make things more enjoyable and starting on something i actually like.

    i can also apply it by doing my work and getting it done and then start with the most enjoyable part of the project or paper. also the less temptation i have the more good i would do on what im working on. 20 percent of the population identifies them self as a chronic procrastinater. because procrastinating is about lieing to yourself. and the hardest part about staring something like a project is basicly starting it. because nobody wants to do it.

    2. In my own words, the video is talking about how you need to stop procrastinating and do your work. You need to put all distractions aside & do work without excuses. If you procrastinate, you are lying to yourself. You have to trick yourself by getting the job done.

    3. Based upon my experience, this means that you are getting distracted and putting your work to the side thinking you'll get it done, but you do it last minute. This means that you are lying to yourself & making too much excuses and not getting your work done. Procrastinating is when you should be doing something important, but you choose not too.

    4. This matters because you shouldn't make excuses for not doing your work, it's your responsibility. You should always do your work as soon as you get it, and don't do it last minute. Reward yourself for getting through parts of the project rather than waiting to reward yourself after the whole thing is over. It's also important to clear any distractions that will hand for your ability. The less temptations you have, the more good you will do on your working on because you won't have any distractions. You shouldn't let little distractions like these stop you.

    I will apply this concept to my life to make it better. I have to understand that making excuses are not okay, and that I should do my work. I also need to clear all my distractions because that will help me by doing better. It's my responsibility so I have to do my work, and I'm responsible for when I do it and turn it in. The less temptations I have, the better because I will most likely do a better job on what I'm working on. I can't let distractions get to me, or else I won't do the best that I can do.

    2. The video was about how there is a lot you can do to stop procrastinating and to do your very best to constraint on what is good for and how there are many steps that can help you be a good student that will know the strategy's to get through the courses that will be hard to do.

    3. I guess that since how that video had explained everything, the lady was mainly saying that you got to trick yourself into doing the work, you have to break your tasks into segments, and have to clear those distractions that bother you so you could focus. What I'm saying is that you have to focus on what is really important to you that will make you pass with good grades and the effort that you've done to earn it.

    4. I feel that the reason that it matters cause since the steps and other courses that you'll be going through, even though there gonna be really hard for you to do still they will soon be easy for you to understand and do. You'll see the work that others say is hard and you will be there to help them understand and will be easy enough for anyone to do. The steps are very understanding to see or hear but are easy for anyone to use them some day in case of anything.
       I guess that the way that I can apply this to my life is probably by reviewing the notes that I had took while I was watching the video and by making sure that I could not ever procrastinate like others do by just killing time and doing nothing to improve on what they had done wrong and to do something to get that grade looking good again just as it was once. And for me to probably look over everything that I have like notes old quizzes homework mainly everything that I have to get good grades and to do my very best.

    Based upon my experience, it means to not make your work seem like a big chore. The steps help with not giving yourself distractions. It even gives you metaphors to help understand. It also tells you to break down everything. You can't take everything in at once. Everything takes time and effort.

    4. Why does this matter and how can you apply the concepts to your life to make it better? (2-3 paragraphs)

    This matters because procrastinating is a bad habit. As humans we tend to crate habits. Habits can be bad or good. Procrastination is one bad habit at least 20% or more of us need to overcome. This can be overcomed with three easy steps. This video is very helpful by breaking everything down.

    When I was in middle school my sister started Highschool. Middle school was very easy for me until I saw my sister. She began to feel stressed out and soon procrastinated. Her grades didn't look too well and I thought to myself know this happened. I soon learned she gave up and started procrastinating. It was a bad habit and I would soon fall for it too.

    You need these concepts to make sure you don't fall back or into habits. These habits can lead to bad grades. It can get you fired or kicked out of school. There are so many possibilities when you procrastinate. That's why we have videos like these to help us. It's their purpose to help us get back on track.

    2.In my opinion, the video is talking about how you should stop procrastinating and to do your work.Also the video is talking about,how you can get things done by making and agenda or by steps.Lastly, the video is trying to help show you how to stop procrastinating.

    3.Based upon my experience this means that I should stop procrastinating on work I have to get done.Also that I shouldn't lie to myself, that I have can finish it later.Third of all, you shouldn't rush through your work, that you should take your time.Fourth of all, you shouldn't trick yourself that you can finish the project by the deadline.Lastly, upon my understanding there are many distractions that you should try to avoid.

    I can apply this to my life in many ways.This is possible because I would sometimes procrastinate when I was in middle school.Since I did that I wouldn't get the grade I wanted.But I would try to get things done without procrastinating.But it was becoming a habit slowly,and it was affecting me.But as I got into 8th grade my teachers showed me it's no ok to procrastinate.One of my teacher was Ms.Bailey, she taught me that I shouldn't get into that habit.So I listened and i stopped procrastinating.

    2. The video is saying it is easy to stop procrastinating. You have to take away all the distractions that you might have like your phone or television. Start with the easiest part of what you have to do and reward yourself every once in a while so you can be motivated to complete more.

    3. Whenever I have to do something I am always trying to do it in just one big chunk. I should start with the easiest part first, and divide the project into smaller parts so it can be more manageable. Every time I finish one or two tasks I should reward myself so I can be more motivated to finish more of the project. Also, I should tell my mom or friend to take away my phone because that is a constant distraction.

    4. This matters because people always put up excuses on why they don't finish tasks or work. It is really easy for them to stop procrastinating and finish what they have to do. Most of the times people don't finish a task or project is because they had distractions on them, tried to finish everything all at once, or weren't motivated to finish it. All they have to do is divide the project into smaller chunks so it can be more manageable. Have someone disconnect the internet or take away their phone so they won't be distracted. The person should also reward themselves each time they finish a task not wait until thee ending to do it.

    I can apply this to my life because I always procrastinate. What I don't notice is I can do very little things and that will help me in accomplishing my work or what I was assigned to do. First of all, I have many distractions. From my phone to just any type of noise or commotion that is going on. I can ask my mom too look over me and just keep me from getting distracted or start daydreaming. I have to reward myself more often and not pressure myself into finishing everything at once. Doing these things can help me stop procrastinating and getting some work done.

    2.20 percent of the population call them self's procrastinators. People who put things to the side when they know they have to do it are procrastinators. Lying to your self so you wont do the things you have to also.

    3. To me this means to stop procrastinating. Saying you have plenty of time to do what you have too do when you really don't. Humans are not the best a regulating themselves. You have to be able to do your work with out procrastinating.

    4. This matters to me because I cant relate. I've procrastinated before and have not done my work. I want to fix that and now I can. First step trick your self into getting the job done. Then you need time to digest. You have to be organized. Break the project into parts. The reward your self when your half way done. Clear your distractions.

  26. In your own words, summarize the video. (2-3 Sentences) Basically the video is trying to tell you that procrastination is bad for school work like in the a and b project. Also that give your best shot at school work and give up. It also say to finish what you started and do give up on yourself.
    Based upon your experience, what does this mean? (3-5 Sentences) What this means to me is that there's a lot of people that just talk and don't do nothing at the end. What they also say or try to say is for you not be a procrastination or to stop being one. An what also say that procrastination is bad for you and you will fail in stuff living like that with negative attitude. Also stop acting like you can't do nothing and start doing something do all your best and if you don't that means you lazy.
    Why does this matter and how can you apply the concept to your life to make it better? (2-3 Paragraphs) why this matters to me because if I grow up like or my kid then its mostly like people won;t like us because of the way we act. Also it means to me and ho w can apply to me is to do better and try to change people who act like that starting with family. Another way how i can make my life better is to treat other people the way you want be treated.
    How i can make it in my life is also i teach my kids not to be like that and to tell my kids treat others the way you want to be treated. Also if i see people acting like that try telling them to stop and think what you are really says and to be more respectful to one another. Another way i can put his in life is to push myself even more and try to change the world little by little. Now for this one is i can carry it with me because i can tell people that if you are procrastination then there is a chance that you might flunck with that spirit.

    2.) The video was about how to stop procrastinating. Procrastinating means people who put off the things that they really need to do. Procrastination is about lying to yourself.

    3.) Based upon my experience this means steps on concentrating to do your work. To do that you have to lie or trick yourself on doing it. That is what procrastinating/procrastination means. They gave you steps on doing it: Step 1) Eat an elephant, Step 2) Pick off the goblins, and Step 3) Ignore the Siren's Song. They really mean #1) You need to digest or you're going to make yourself sick, #2) Start a project off with the task you like best, #3) Plan to clear any distractions that will hand for your ability to procrastinate later.

    4)    This matters because we should know ways or steps on concentrating on our work. These steps would help us be better at school or those who work. Also it tells us what procrastinating means what it does to us or what we do. Procrastination/Procrastinating is about lying to yourself. To stop it you have to follow the steps.
             I can apply this to my life and making it better by following and knowing what was the video was about. I should know the steps on stopping procrastination. By knowing it, it would make my life better for life and school or whatever I can use it. I also learned the word procrastinating. Which means lying to yourself.

    2. The video talks about how not to procrastinate, giving tips on how we should make a schedule. It teaches us how we can keep ourselves organized so that we are on time with every assignment we have. Conquering what distracts us from wasting time, time that can be spent on our homework and studying.

    3. To me this means having the courage to say, this is what kind of video i needed to see because of the lack of time i spend on my phone rather than my homework. Scheduling the times i should get things done is what a lot of people should achieve on making if they know they are one of these type of people. Many people who do this it is for hard for them to put down the phone and continue their work. Although the video was put up to help many with the problem they have.

    4. This matters because many people including me have done this over and over again, PROCRASTINATION ! This happens in my everyday life and it has taken over a lot. Procrastination can be hard thing to overcome but it is not impossible, i think we should all take a minute to believe that we should probably stop the bad habits that are stopping us from being successful. With this being said, it is very important we get into the habit of getting stuff done before the due date or and deadline that way we have room for more free time. I believe we should all get our work done and not have to always be worried about getting stuff done a class before it is due.

    I can apply this to my life to make it better by giving my full 120% in all my work by getting it done before the due date. Waiting last minute should never be an option for any of us, and i think that is what stops us from becoming better people. Many of us lie to ourselves by saying that we will have enough time to get it done but yet we never do. Videos like these are made for helping us not wasting our time even more. If everyone just took the time to get what they are assigned done we would not have such a big problem. If we know that we do it a lot then why not stop doing it.

    2. This video gave us tips son hot to stop procrastinating. This videos gave us tips such as having to trick yourself into getting the job done. Also this video said to reward yourself. That means don't be to hard on yourself and give yourself some credit for getting the job done.

    3. I can relate to this video because ive caught myself procrastinating more than once. I once got homework on Friday and was expected to turn it on on Monday. It was the weekend so i told myself i'd do it Sunday night. The weekend past and i completely forgot to do my homework and got an F on my assignment all because i was procrastinating.

    4. This matters because i think everyone procrastinates when it comes to doing certain things such as homework. If you watch this video it gives you tips on how to stop procrastinating. Everyone should apply those tips to their lives to stop procrastinating. Procrastinating is about lying to yourself. You have to somehow trick yourself into getting the job done. When you procrastinate sometimes it can lead to consequences. So this matters so you don't have to face any consequences for doing not doing things and being lazy.
    One of the tips given was to not get overwhelmed. This is important because if you get overwhelmed you'll end up giving up rather than doing what you gotta do. Reward yourself. You should reward yourself for actually doing something instead of being lazy and not doing anything at all. Give yourself some credit. I think we should all take these tips seriously to stop procrastinating.
